Thanks for being so transparent! Having only watched your clip the first thing that came to mind for me as a replacement word was "frizzamyer" or an age appropriate, need signaling child behavior. It is a term that I have coined to replace negative labels altogether. Not knowing the age of the gentleman I mean no harm: just talking from a Pre-school and Family Life coaching perspective. I thought SMS and mobile web were going to be the next big thing in marketing. Then Apple came out with the iPhone. I really think that e-mail, twitter, or IM will replace SMS. Phone companies will have to stop charging for SMS to give it a few more years of life, but I just can't see its surviving.

I'm also a web designer and I have to ditto Ken's response. Great work man! Also, I doubt your SEO will be affected by this at all - that's the last thing I'd worry about.

Those are some really good suggestions. #5 I especially like since I'm a web designer. I see it all the time, and when I re-design a clients website, there is an instant boost in sales. Most people don't understand that - great post!
