You fail to mention that The Pirate Bay, while having all sorts of lawsuits brought against them, are legally allowed to do this in their country of operations: Sweden.

Not to mention that a majority of these suits are based in the US or places that don't start and end with the name "Sweden", and so they mean nothing. WebSherriff, and others like it, are basically a con-job that will most likely end in TPB guys not being able to set foot in the US.

And they've already mentioned that's totally fine with them.

So, the next time you want to report on something like this, report the whole story: yes, they're getting sued... yes, TPB is on legal standing for their country... yes, these suits mean basically nothing.

Not to mention that the copyright laws in place are not necessarily valid as they're being used anyways.

Anyways, I was wondering if you'd be interested in talking to someone doing a similar concept, but from a completely different approach... with some very awesome secret projects up it's sleeve?

We'd/I'd love to talk to you, and at least get a feel for your thoughts on some of our ideas, even if we don't get one of the famous Scobleizer endorsements. ;-)
