in Money Is Destroying Your Project on How To Split An Atom
This post comes at such an interesting time for me, some clients that have been with me 6 years who may or may not be facing financial hardship see the value in the work we do but never seem to want to truly pay us for what we do. There comes a time to cut losses and focus on business growth, but sometimes these things come at a great expense. Adam smith theory of moral sentimates is probably the only book I've read cover to cover more than once, anyone in the business world should read this, especially young entrepreneurs. From my perspective, motivation and tenacity and a relentless pursuit of my dream to work internationally on my own time and freewill has gotten me where im at. Good luck to anyone else who has a dream, don't ever stop perusing it and stay focused. Great article.

Thanks Ryan, I think that's the point of it all -- have a dream and pursue it until the end of time. Find a way to survive while doing it. If you can pull that off, then success and dare I say happiness is only a matter of time.

in Vet Your Clients on How To Split An Atom
Great post Steve...likewise "ask yourself whether you can see yourself pouring your blood, sweat and effort into it." is probably the first thing I look at when working on a project. If I don't love it more than the client, there is no way ill work on it. My father always said..."I don't like working for money, let alone free...so I mind as well do what I love."

Exactly, there is no point in working on your own if you're going to hate it as much as you do your day job. Thanks for dropping in mate.
