As I stated over at MKH a few weeks ago: Them muslims awta be thankful all they have ta worry bout is a pig race. There's worse things.

What if they were holdin' a weekly cow-chip-pitchin' contest?! Their blessed mosque would be covered in mushroom-makin fertilizer.

"Oh, Muhammed (MANURE be upon him)"

Don't mess with Texas.

I'm not much of a wrestling fan. Hey, if I want to see some ugly beast scream in to the camera about how good they are...I'd watch Rosie O'donnel on the View. However, I applaud these guys and gals for doing this. I'm sure it's a lot of fun for the troops and a welcome distraction.

Kudos.

Hate is like the flu...It'll always be around, but it'll never get the best of you as long as you get over it.

The thing that I find tragic is that a man like this can be an educator in our society and still hold these views. If a student talks about his views against homosexuality, he can be suspended for hate speech. This guy who is EMPLOYED by the campus can call for the extermination of a race, and it's perfectly fine.

Let's say it together...H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-S-Y.

Great story. I'm shocked 20/20 would cover something like this without putting a negative spin on it...or was that edited out.

Both heartbreaking and inspiring. I didn't think I'd be able to watch the whole segment, but I did. I'll be joining the cause to support her work, and passing the message on to my friends. God bless her family.

Maybe Montel's comments at the end were meant to be supportive to the soldiers, but it didn't come off that way to me. It seemed he wanted to punctuate a political message with this little girl's bravery. What a jerk.

BTW, Montel, you can't send "three, four, five packs" of batteries in an envelope.

And when the first Phelps funeral rolls around, it will be the most protested funeral in history. The families of the victims they have insulted over the years will want to a make a..."special" appearance on that day.

You have to wonder whether Jessica Simpson understood a single thing that Bill and Jay were talking about, or if she simply went to her "happy place" for ten minutes.

O'Reilly: Not only are you guilty; you're both stupid.
LOL

O'Reilly: Thank you very much. You're both going to be beaten to a pulp.
LOL

Good to see Bill back on track. For a while there it seemed he was getting soft. Let's hope it sticks.

SinTax,
Your characterization of what Billy-boy "gave" is absolutely correct: s-h-*-t.

Once again, we see the same old tired tactics we've seen from him before:
1) When the truth comes out and your back is up against the wall, point the finger at someone else.
2) When they ask questions you don't want to answer, filibuster.
3) When you don't have anything to say, say it with emotion.

In the past we've seen anger and crying. Anger we got, but where were the tears? I was expecting one of his patented "single tear down the cheek, I'm a victim of my own making" sob-jobs right at the end.

It's the fault of all those neo-cons and their darned "vast, right-wing conspiracy" that are out to get him. That's the reason his legacy is crumbling. It has nothing to do with his shameful term as president using his authority to make the U.S. his theme park.

Actually I like the word "neo-con". It characterizes a conservative to be like Neo fighting to free the human race from the democrat Matrix that's enslaving mankind in an illusory world to occupy their minds with lies, while the democrat Matrix drains the life from them. Yeah, baby! True, times two.

in MsUnderestimated » Blog Archive » I Pledge Allegiance To The Flag Of the United States of…Mexico? (VIDEO) on MsUnderestimated
As Alan Colmes did in the video, so liberals are saying, "No one was forced to participate in this." Interesting how this argument seems to be their rally cry, when they considered it an invalid defense of prayer in school. So, in the liberal mind, it's okay for a school to hold an event encouraging allegiance to a foreign country, but when a school wants to encourage individuals to pray to help America, that's just wrong. Once again, liberal logic lacks lucidity.

The principal of Velasco school said he would never consider repeating the event again, so it would seem as if he was honestly surprised. Though I have to think that if he never thought this would garnish such attention and ire, considering the illegal immigration issues in the spotlight right now, then either he is a buffoon, or he is lying.

Contrary to the principal's claims that no students participated in the pledge to Mexico, some parents claim that the children were told to recite the pledge from cards they were given. The principal further said the event was held in honor of hispanic cultural awareness.

I think the study and education of other cultures and foreign nations for our children is not only good but necessary. Note, however, this does not include holding rallies to promote allegiance to other countries, as this may have been. Any pledge to the flag of a foreign nation - and yes, Mexico is a foreign nation - is not an element of hispanic culture, it is an element of disloyalty to America. You cannot pledge allegiance to two nations. One will always have to come first.

As a patriotic American I refuse to pledge allegiance to any other nation's flag. No school within the United States has the right to require anything different from my child. Children are impressionable and to hold an event where the Mexican flag is presented with the same honor and respect due the American flag is unpatriotic, un-American, and pollutes children's minds against their own country.

ravin,

You are total flake. As I read your comments, I laughed, because only someone totally devoid of any human sanity would make them. You don't even make sense. I wonder if even you know what you're talking about.

Maybe you're a stark, raving lunatic or a muslim terrorist, which is redundant. Or maybe you're just some kid sitting at home trying to get attention because your parents neglect you.

Either way, your choice of words makes this no place for you. I join ltcpmax in calling for the banning of this looney whack-job's candy *ss.

Ravin, get off the 'puter and go seek psychiatric help. Your life will be much better if you learn how to live in the reality of a human society.

To Ravin,

Howard Dean, is that you?! Or is just a terrorist that's ticked off that Steve and Olaf were set free?

Either way, I think you're in DIRE need of some serious anger management therapy. Manic states can be controlled these days with anti-psychotic drugs and other techniques. You should think about setting up an appointment with a professional psychiatrist. Your delusional state may require electroshock, but hey it's better to get better, right.

Your clearance is higher than Cheney's? (The VP Cheney?) Uh-huh. Ok, and does this world you visit have a sky or is just a swirl of mixed up color? Wow, Ms. U, someone that high up in the chain has taken time out of their busy life to visit and post on your site -- Your site is awesome!!! Then again, maybe "Cheney" is the name of one of his other personalities. Oh well.

Ravin, remember: The phrase "living the dream" is just a figure of speech. You're not actually supposed to believe that what you dream is real. But they'll get into that during your therapy.

Good luck and keep a positive attitude -- the road to recovery may be a long one.

From what's being released about the perpetrator, sounds like there's going to be another insanity defense, though. Grrrr!
