Because we will never be the same again, we keep growing in our closeness to our Lord. The closer we are to Him, the more He reveals to us. Geoff rewriting the songs God has given expresses the deeper aspects of the revelation given when the song was birthed. A lot of songwriters would not give way to this leading of the Holy Spirit, to go back and refine the words expressed in the past, so that people may know that God brings brighter light to a soul that earnestly and humbly serves Him, desiring only to draw closer to Him. Bless you Geoff in the Holy name of of Jesus.
