Pretty soon we will have to face our expenses too after almost a year on the road but I am confident we are fairly there with our planned budget something similar to yours and at least we haven’t broken the bank. RTW trips are definitely more affordable that what people think and if you are willing to let go to that new plasma TV or new car I am pretty sure anybody can do it. The only problem I guess is to get back to work after it, first cause there are probably no jobs with this economic situation and second cause I don’t want to work any more! Shannon, I can see Italy was the most expensive place you have been but I hope it worth, nice food isn't?

I am organising my trip around the world now.
I will also take a lot of pictures but I am not sure about my skills as photographer:-)
However I will do my best as I believe pictures are moment of your life that you cannot forget.

This pictures remind me a small city in Italy called Montebelluna(Vicenza).
The architecture of the houses is absolutely the same!

I hope your time in Hanoi will be better than your journey to go there, that stuff unfortunately could happen to any traveller, that is part of the adventure.

I have read many shocking reviews about the Chungking Mansion and altought it offers probably some of the cheapest rooms in HK, which is very tempting, we will opt to stay at one of the Bridal Tea house guesthouse which I hope it will not to be disappointed

over here in the UK the situation is not either any better and the pound does not seem it will do any better soon. my partner has been just made redundant and we feel this is the best time to go off traveling the world which will do in only few weeks
