I thought of another bullet point for your list:

Your four year old son has been sitting on the toilet - for more than five minutes, calling your name, so that you'll come wipe him...and you keep replying "I'll be right there!" (I'm pretty sure that's another sign that you're twitter addicted.) HEHE!!

Wow! That is really interesting! Were there special health considerations for being in a submarine for that long? And I don't even know what a Nuclear Machinist does..you need to write a book. I'll buy it. :)
