Nice write up. I currently have a budget webcam that I'm using to video conference with ooVoo since it is free. A few of my friends live abroad and it is nice that we can all get on at once. What kind of camera would you suggest that is on the lower price range for video conferencing?

Very neat stuff, stixy looks very cool. I like the ability to organize everything myself. For video conferencing you should also check out ooVoo which I use. It allows for six people to video conference. My favorite feature is that you can record and send video, which is nice when you're away from the family.
