Thats how professional their customer service is like nakaka asar!

So i just visit their Business Center in Greenbelt to complain and to renew our broadband contract. I saw that they are offering a 1.0Mbps data/voice plan for only 1,295 so i requested to renew the contract and upgrade my current connection from 384kbps to 1.0Mbps and to my suprise when they told me that they can't upgrade my speed because my area daw is a busy traffic area! WHAT!!!! why offer a 1.0Mbps plan if you are not even ready to offer such speed or even anticipated such broadband traffic! sabi ko tuloy may 2.0Mbps pa kayo eh 1.0Mbps nga hindi nyo na kayang i-offer sa akin.

Hay naku... nakakadismaya!
