If you're not making money, maybe your business model has some problems. I wouldn't blame the customer. You offer your content for free.
If you are unhappy, charge a fee for your service, don't try to guilt-trip viewers into responsibility. If that and other ideas don't work, then you don't have a business.

in Tivo, Remember that Customer Service is the New PR on HighTechDad Blog
Tivo has the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. They are complete robots. If I write too much now about my experience, I will just get mad, so that's all for now.

Amazing. I was hoping to see more of this stuff in the commercials during the most recent World Cup (Soccer), since here in USA we NEVER get to see the amazing soccer culture out there. After living in Brazil and Argentina off and on for years at a time, I can attest that there is a LOT more of this talent out there!
PS Those pushups are UNREAL. I'm gonna go back through and look for support cables in the footage.

in 10 Computer Shortcuts: Obvious to Techies but Unknown to the Rest (Plus: New World Record) on The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss
Tim, you've barely hit the tip of the iceberg!
For the rest of the iceberg:
Quicksilver (for Mac): http://blacktree.com/projects/quicksilver.html
I don't use a PC (ahhemmm) but I hear that there is a Quicksilver-like product called "Launchy" for the PC.
Once you use a product like these, you won't believe you wasted so much time with mere keyboard shortcuts!

I appreciate greatly this post and those that have responded. There are a few people around me with whom I will share a few of these concepts.
Al Gore may not have created the Internet, but he did usher into existence a whole industry that preys on eco-guilt.
