Nothing deep.... Will you tell Mac's Aunt Pat I said hello when you see her in Sacramento. I haven't seen her since I moved (have emailed and sent her Third Day concert pics, though). I hope to see her this fall.

My camera is headed to the ATL to an indie repair shop - hope y'all treat it well... The ATL Mercy General is saving me about 80 bucks over the Canon Aristocratic Hospital. :)

so....what's the story on the backpack? or are you going to leave it to our imaginations? :)

I'll probably do a little work today (at home - I'm self-employed). I'm going downtown this evening for the fireworks.

I have friends who have an artists gallery/studio in an old bank - they're letting me set up the tripod on their roof to take pictures. Since there will only be 3 or 4 of us up there - no one will walk or stop/stand in front of camera.

It's also First Friday - the downtown art tour. My church gallery decided not to participate this month since it's a holiday - so I have the night off to check out other galleries.

back in the early-mid 90's....

a car... a used one... he decided my car had too many miles on it....

he also bought me a nice stereo system, 35mm slr camera & accessories, quite a few pieces of jewelry including some nice diamond earrings, lots of clothes, cell phone (he thought he could call me anywhere - i'd turn it off or ignore it).... basically trying to buy my love.... he even had a 20K engagement ring picked out - all i had to do was say yes... i refused...

he told me if i ever left him there wasn't enough room in this world for both of us and how he could kill me with his bare hands.... i started the break-up speech one night - he started driving back a dark country road.... i back-paddled....

a few months later he was p.o.'d when i told him my dad said if there wasn't enough room for both - there wasn't enough for either of us... soon after that i got away... thankfully we lived about an hour apart - but i still watched my back for awhile...

hardest part? waiting on the found backpack update :)

also... getting the motivation to go outside and walk when it's nice and cool inside....

maybe i should ask the neighbor if i can walk his dog... that would be easier than trying to walk either of my cats. :)

time for a trip!

Week one down! Met the goal of walking 4 days for 30 minutes each time - keeping the same goal for next week.

Bad storms last night - so I had to walk twice today to cover yesterday.

I'm hoping this will motivate me to do what I need to do....even if it is starting with babysteps :)

I use "brunchner" when I'm eating for the first/only time of the day at 5:00 or 6:00.... not the healthiest way to eat... but happens often!

I've celebrated the 15th anniversary of my 29th birthday ...for you mathetically-challenged... that's 44 :)

I still feel 29 - so I stopped there :D

-Accounting/bookeeping for nonprofit alternative sentencing program for women, door company, street sweeper, and church
-Gallery Coordinator for my church's art gallery scheduling art & music. We are a downtown (Indy) church and use this as a ministry outreach for artists and our community.

Signed up about 3 weeks ago - Shaun did a couple of concerts in the area. I'm the photographer for the artist who opened both shows for him - it's been on my heart to do this for awhile, I shouldn't have taken so long.

I chose an older child because I heard Mark Harris (I think) talk about how excited the older ones are when they get a sponsor because they don't think it's ever going to happen. I went through Shaun's packets and found the oldest.

Now I need to get my parents and my brother's family to do this!
