Tennis does this right. A computer and cameras determine if the ball was in or out. It only takes a few seconds...all that is more done for drama then the limitations of the technology. I don't know if you could review anything else, but determining if the ball crossed the line is important.

I think we need something like "NFL Season Ticket" or "MLB Extra Innings". It seems silly that someone can't see their favorite team. An internet package with every game would be nice as well.

Seems like the best answer is for ESPN to buy Setanta. They will then get an immediate EPL presence in the UK and US. Seems like a no brainer. Setanta US also has the early games on Sunday and Saturday which could work well with their fall US football schedule, College Football Saturday and NFL preview shows on Sunday.

Seems well times when they perps know that they are going to be away for matches. This time it was internationals, but I remember Reina was robbed right before the Champion's League final. I think Crouch was robbed too but I don't remember when.

Referees are in an impossible position. If anyone should recognize that it is their boss. How does ref'ing a League Two match give him the ability to make the right choice next time. It would only make me less confidence in making the decision. Also, if he isn't a good ref then let him go, if not they should support him 100%.

That is the real question...when will Setanta be available on cable? I don't understand how it hurts cable to add a premier pay channel to their 100s of HBOs, showtimes and cinemaxes..

It would be interesting to find out why Setanta isn't carried on cable. Cable providers carry 100 different versions of HBO yet they can't carry one extra sports channel that people would pay a large premium to have. I am hoping Setanta will make a deal now that ITVN has fallen apart.

I am a little biased as an Arsenal supporter, but it can't be fun to play on as a Wigan player either. They have adapted well, but it has to be a bit demoralizing to step out on that pitch as the home team.

I don't know how good stats are but being it an Arsenal fan it isn't a surprise that Adebayor has the most offsides called. It drives me crazy he hasn't learned to time his runs better.
