i;m going through the same thing and it sucks!! i find the more i think about it the worst it is and tends to bring them on...what everyone has been telling me is that when you feel one coming on just try your hardest to relax (i know this is real hard) and just keep thinking to yourself it's only a panic attack it cant kill or hurt me, and just keep practising that (i'm still practising i feel like such a dork) also if you imagine your stomach is a balloon when you breath in make your stomach full out as much as it can then count to three and just let the air slowly come out buy itself like when you let go of a balloon, and keep doing it until you feel relaxed enough..and dont be scared if it doesnt work straight away because it does take practise. try and change your way of thinking too like be more positive, i really know this is so hard because i keep thinking there's something wrong with me with makes it so much worse. Hopefully you'll learn to control them soon! sorry if you dont understand what i am saying

Estoy de acuerdo con algunas cosas que dice Tino,que haya sido un buen jugador no quiere decir que sea un buen dt(no lo demostró ni en mandiyu ni en racing)pero ya que firmo ya esta,yo creo que el problema sigue estando y es que no sabe a que se quiere jugar,y eso es evidente.Muchos nombres solos no sirven tienen que jugar en equipo,por ejemplo,messi juega barbaro en barcelona porque tiene un equipo atraz que le sienta de perillas y acá no ha demostrado nada.
Es increible pero estamos a tan solo un año del mundial y no solo que todavia tenemos que clasificar sino que además se siguen convocando jugadores que seguramente no van a estar en el mundial(calculo)ya que estan grandes y ya han demostrado en la selección(Heinze,zaneti,bataglia,veron)son todos buenos pero no llegan,por ejemplo veron ,un jugadorazo pero no se la aguanta(fijense acá es mas el tiempo que esta lesionada que el que juega)y en un mundial jugas cada tres días.
Bueno ni hablar de Ortega que todavia ni lo vimos y el otro ya lo convoca¿que le pasa?Convocalo al killy gonzales tambien y al pato..
Porque no aprovecha que hay jugadores jovenes que seguramente van a poner y jugar mas,

Che Clarin perdio los derechos de televisación,lo del gran dt es otra cosa me parece.je,no es que se va Clarin del país,no tiene los derechos de televisación,y para organizar el juego no creo que los necesites.Me parece a mi.

1-4 puntos en general
2-otamendi,veron y datolo,del resto no me gusto ninguno.
3-El Aliento normal,bien,pero me parece que no tiene nada que ver,dejemos de meter excusas estupidas.
4-Me parece que necesitamos un 9 de area,lo hubiera puesto antes,pero no habia mucho mas para poner.
Coincido con el anterior comentario que nos falta un conductor,pero me parece que a esta altura todavia no tenemos idea de a que queremos jugar.

The presumption is that we will need more nukes for electricity to run our plug-in suvs and refrigerated cooling in the deserts for continued production and service of oversized under-constructed sprawl housing. Not sure about the future of that scenario.

The need for nukes also presumes that everyone must be interconnected and dependent on a huge corporate grid of power lines whether they actually need the juice or not. The key to an alternative scenario is matching the local need for power with the best production alternative. Less wheeling and more customization. (If you want a nuke so bad, put one in your backyard ;-)

As VP candidate Palin challenges nothing but the most backward sexist stereotypic views held by a small proportion of the farthest wingnuts with the tiniest brains.

Les batteries ebay sont peut-être moins chères mais la qualitée n'est pas forcément la même. Asus doit s'assurer qu'il n'y aura aucun problème de batteries qui explosent etc.

I'm so sorry Sean. This hurts so much to read. Yes both my parents are alive, but one was absent 110%. That is nothing like your loss, but I know that it has affected me. It sounds cliché, but I'm certain there's abandonment stuff and an unfair distrust in men. I wonder if I would be a better person with him. Maybe, maybe not. One thing is certain: different. I am throwing a party thurs for my mom's 70th birthday and I will give her the love you couldn't give to your mamma yesterday. I can only hope that you find what you are looking for. For what it's worth (as a mom myself) I would be proud to have my son grow up and be a man like you.
