Its important to comment on Blogs that have similar interests to your own Blog, therefore people who read the blog you comment on will be more likely to follow your link.

Conincidently, I wrote a 2 part article this week on 2 other methods of brining traffic to your Blog, based on my own experiences.

Stumble upon is great for traffic, but you have to remebmber its not as effective if the same person discovers your articles all the time. It is usefull to send your articles to a different friend everytime, or rotate your friends when asking for someone to discover your stuff.

Its also woth a note, that when you stumble stuff between 12pm and 2pm EST it has a better effect on traffic for some reason. I once got 870 visitors in the space of 4 hours by doing this one day.

I write most of my posts based on my readers comments and ask them to leave questions they have about HTML, CSS and anything else design/blog based in the comments section for Tutorial Tuesday Posts.

I also get great ideas from Twitter.

I recently started monitoring my Twitter follows/un-follows. On days where I have conversations with people and don't give urls I get more unfollows, and on days when I tweet usefull urls I get loads of followers. Take yesterday for example, I tweeted no URLs and only had conversations, answered peoples questions and had 87 unfollows!

Hi, I really like this post, peer reviews make a lot of sense but don't really happen all that much, hopefully budding bloggers will build up and work out for everyone:)

Bill It's great to hear that I'm not the only fan of the peer review. They do have one downside though and this is probably the number one reason they don't happen so much. They take time and effort to do well.

Next site on my list is smartadvise.info: A peer review I promised a while back but has not yet materialised.
