Do you even know where that phrase comes from? I'm sure that General John Stark was not referring to getting stoned on illegal drugs when he coined this phrase while fighting for independence, as did the French during their revolution. Dying for your country has nothing to do with being breaking the law. Maybe people should to move to The Netherlands you really need to get stoned legally.
