I just don't trust the powers that be, but I remain prayerful. He dialogued with God, questioned God, and put his complaint before God. Many times we think that faith means to not question or doubt, but rather having faith means to not fear.

Have a blessed week. The view from here is just MARVALOUS, Ms Marvarlus.

Re: Old School Friday: Road Trip Songs

This is a fav of mine.

Re: Old School Friday: Karaoke Songs

That girl could had a voice. She had memorized a lot of talking points. Many people thought the governor was going to be an outright embarassment, but she is a politician and she has skills, charisma, and a following. With the bar set so low, she managed to do a fair job of muddling her way through. It was clear that Biden was experienced and that he knew and understood the questions and that he knew what he was talking about. He could have ripped her to shreds, but of course he would have taken a major blow for doing so.

I don't think Qwen did a good job as moderator; she did not keep it focused on the questions.

In Biden's attempt to not be condescending he was flat, but managed to come alive toward the end of the debate.

I wish these debates would have a little more energy.

Re: Old School Friday: Duets!

I enjoyed Mary's duet with Sir Elton.
