I read Iceberg Slim and Donald Goines too as a teen... I'm glad you got something positive out of it! ...Although, It was fascinating to me to see the mind-control of a pimp; to be able to talk a woman into selling her body (and her WANTING to do it) was just crazy to me!

I seen the Pimps Up hoes down and that's what I could never understand. How do u get a female to sell HER body and give YOU the money. The mind control IS amazing. Just think if those pimps did something else,,,b/c it must definitely be some talents involved with being a pimp. But I read somewhere that the skills it takes to survive on the street are absolutely mind boggling. That if people ever took those skills into the "legit" world (this is where one of our biggest problems lie)...their success would be immeasurable. This is why it should pain us even more when we see people letting their street hustle be their glass ceiling. If you can manage a profitable pimping business u need to be a CEO of a company (No booty selling involved)
