When I first went raw I thought it was all or nothing, overtime I started going back and fourth from 100% to 50% or more and I would get so upset, but over time I realized that was causing me to fail more. I found that when I just let it be and had what I wanted at the time, I was able to maintain a higher level of raw, I spent less time worrying and more time getting back on track. I have grown so much things are better now those days are a thing of the past.

Re: Do you really want to eat meat?

Yes it is hard to watch, I wish I would have known about this years ago. Meat is so hard to give up but it can be done. It's really hard to eat it and think about how the animal was treated in order to put the meat on our table.

Re: Fear / Faith

Thank you karen, I really appreciate that.

Re: Raw Honey

I am glad that you are enjoying the website. The omega is good for both fruit and veggies as the Green Star is mostly used for greens. The pulp is not to wet at all and I always put it through a second time and it only get a bit more out.. it's not that bad.

I was contemplating about the Green Star for a while but decided that juicing greens and fruit were important to me and the taste is also great with the omega.

Not sure if you seen this before but here is an in depth article that might help you decide which is best for you.

http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/read.php?3,92157,...

Re: Day 7 - 100% raw

These are the ones from Rawsome, I'll have to check out the one in raw food real world, I have that book and the recipes are great.

Re: 100% Raw

Hi Lynn,

I sent you an email, but I am not sure if you recieved it.

Thanks,
Tanisha

Re: Pecan Walnuty Fudge Balls

I am happy that my story inspired you. I would like to think that the food that was given to us before scientist started creating new solutions should be good enough for us now. I could be wrong but I think naturally grown food would be optimal.

I think everyone should be informed about what is in there food, we should know what we are eating, that is one of the reasons I started this blog.

When I was eating tons of SAD Foods I didn't even know meat had hormones and pesticides, and I know there are millions of people out there just like me and I feel they need to know and at that point they can decide whether they want to eat or not.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts,
Tanisha

Thanks,
Tanisha

Re: Not many recipes here but you can find encouragement :)

Thanks for the link Charissa I will check it out.
