Now they are considered Temp. lay offs. The reason is the company doesn't have the money to pay out severance packages. Now, supposedly they are trying to save our jobs. In the mean time we are using up our unemployment benies,only to eventually be on the street and penniless. WITH NO HEALTHCARE or retirement. Guess it's a real downturn this time.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">L.
