I don't know how many times I've written about testing different browsers before making changes to sites.
People don't seem to notice problems with other browsers until after the fact.
I, like you, learned the hard way. Every reader is important no matter how they read your posts.

FYI, I was subscribed to Technosailor using IE7 feeds before you made the transition with b5 and the feed stayed live, same in reverse, it now shows technosailor.feedburner.
Nothing changed on my end.
Keep up the great work.

I understand the frustration in trying to help others over the phone. I have been using something called CrossLoop to remotely acces customers computers. They have to have a copy of the program, but it makes life so much easier for those of us that need to see what is actually happening on the computer screen we are actually working on.

I think overall your assessment is right, but the human factor has it's drawbacks.

Some Sponsors make offers that sound sincere only to forget about you and your blog and never respond to your emails.

Shame, really, some things fit like a glove, only sometimes it's OJ's.
