$150 million is cheap if it keeps us out of having someone like Sarah Palin in power.

Iran (our enemy )now controls the Shiite parliment in Iraq. We have to support the Sunni militias or we just handed Iraq to the Iranians. This mess-up is going to go on for decades.. and could precipitate a truly huge war and will drain this country for a long time.

You bet Americans are donating!

I don't think the Jewish community is known to be stupid and easily manipulated. We are not going to recruit the rest of the world in this fight against Muslim extremist if we continue on the Republican path. Obama will help to incorporate other countries in this a struggle. McCain wants to go it alone and we do not have the resources.

If Palin wanted to help the special needs children she would be working for Easter Seals.

She appears to me as an ambitous opportunist.

The Republicans need to get a new face for their party or they are really going to marginalize themselves.

Excellent point JSS. Why can't 'Liberal' be fiscally responsible. In fact recent history shows that they are. Its time for some new labels.
