It's because the duration of the Xenon pulse is 1000x less. it's nothing to do with shutter speed and all to do with the length of the Xenon flash. It freezes everything because it's so short and so bright. - See my http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/features/item/Ca... for the full story!

Er..... but the N95 8GB *is* a smartphone. One of the very best. You have to hand it to Nokia when it comes to basic telephony.....

Smartphones have QWERTY keyboards.
The N95 8GB is a smart, capable handset. You were never intended to write spreadsheets on it. I think that's probably my definition.

Ah, but it's Vertu, is made of solid gold and costs more then $30K :) So it
might look as a perfect gift to some "new rich".
If you'll read Russian or other press from "new capitalist countries", there
are some crazy things that these new rich men will spend their money on.
