They've been using Titanium G4's in their ads for years - good to see they stopped just pasting a Windows screenshot on top.

If this movie fails, it won't be for lack of trying - they've been trying to get this movie on screen for at least a decade. DNA (Douglas Adams) did umpteen re-writes, the movie changed studios several times... It was frustrating for me as a fan, so I can't imagine what it was like for DNA.

I predict I'll be buying the DVD when it's released, but that might be to go with the other HHGTTG stuff I have. I HOPE that I buy it because it's so spectacular and true to the storyline.

My problem is going to be the history I have: reading the books several dozen times, watching the BBC tv series as a child, hearing the radio format growing up - we have it on tape - and then getting the BBC series on DVD a couple of years back. I've got images in my head of how it should be - and if it sucks, I'll be one sad puppy.

I'm more of a NewHavenBlogger, but I'm all for getting bloggers together to see wha happens...

I'm trying to find out all the details of the "cash" - not because I got an iPhone (can't stand Cingular/AT&T's lack of signal in large parts of our fair city) but because I know several folks who do - and have already dumped money into their accessories. I need a laptop, they have Apple Cash they don't want to use..... Pinky, are you thinking what I'm thinking? ;)

As Dave Weiner was lamenting, the torrent of retweets is getting out of hand, especially as the number of celebs increases - look at Ellen Degeneres (sp?), calling to get her follower list over 500,000....

On the other hand, you have the fact that it's free. As Ed Adkins points out, it can in fact disappear at any point - so make the most of it while it's still here.

Wearing a size 14 is hard enough, but finding shoes that fit and don't look horrible? Don't get me started. I've recently discovered that Skechers seems to have revamped their men's line - they look good, wear well, are priced right, and most imortantly, don't make my feet look huge like most other brands do. Their customer service is also pretty good, too.

Forgot to mention that the ladies and kids lines are almost as good as what they offer the men with big feet.

And remeber: men with big feet..... Have ugly shoes. Until now.
