When management fires reliable, personable, fun, efficient waiters for absurd reasons it lets you know they don't care much about service or their employees lately. Then they overwork the servers they have left to the point that they're sometimes left in tears. I don't know what's happening there, but I do know it's not enjoyable anymore. Some of the nicest people work there, and I believe even the long-timers are walking on pins and needles wondering if they'll be 'next'!
