I stumbled upon Workrave a while back. Typing frantically, I tend to get annoyed with so many interruptions even though they're good to me. Starting from this morning, I'm trying to obey Workrave suggestions to make a break. o:-)

I hope this won't turn out to be a yet another new week resolution. ;-)

I seem to remember using something similar on XP too, or perhaps it was on Gentoo..?

I was a Gentoo-aholic for about 2-years.. all that updating and compiling! But what a great community..

Now I'm an iMac (and Nokia) addict (my last Mac was a 2si btw) and enjoying it greatly ;-)

I got rid of virtually all spam into my main pop account with the help of Gmail.. see http://tinyurl.com/n4jby

Luckily my ISP allows forwarding of all mail to Gmail, and provides me with an alias account to receive the filtered mail.

And Gmail archives everything, which has saved me on a couple of occasions..

Can't remember the last time any spam got through ;-)

Thanks for a very interesting entry, glad to see someone else appreciates gtalk2voip...

They have an app for using it on mobiles too called TalkoNaut.

Btw, in the Gtalk area, have you come across Truphone?

Currently it works (in Europe at least) on certain of Nokia's E- N-series mobiles.. yes, sounds limited, but I have a feeling we'll see some interesting things coming out of Truphone shortly.
