in Hubspot Has Some Solid Twitter Stats on Chris Brogan
After downloading the PDF....you linked to, I was hoping to find how many users have more than one account. Didn't see it.

The number one requests I get for my Twitter Toolbar is that if it can support multiple accounts. I've heard the general number of 90% of tweets are made by 10% of account holders. I wonder if those 10% are really managed by 10%?

Being that I live just a few miles from Morgan Hill, and Tweeted right when I felt that earthquake, I believe it.

in Question of the Day: What do you blog, when you have Bloggers Block? on There's a Blog in my Soup!
I blog on what I find, which pretty much gives me endless material. I do usability testing, click my name for link, and if I am out of material I post advice or things to avoid that I find on the sites I analyze. The site owners love it, free link for them, and it makes for a better post because it a real life example.

ashwin_c @Rob

I tried out the Twitter toolbar and it works good. But one suggestion - to have a URL shortening service like TinyURL or is.gd.

BTW - Thanks for coming this far and commenting here. Really appreciate that and keep visiting often!!

in Who is the twitority online? on LitmanLive
At first impression I would think it has no worth. You could easily just blast out tons of crappy updates with keywords. If it calculates those top authorities by additionally seeing if their followers also use those words, then maybe you have something. Still could be manipulated though with just a little effort.

I used the Twitter Toolbar for Firefox, http://www.bestwebimage.com/?page_id=1112 but I guess that is expected since I made it.

in I’m following you! on Jim's Marketing Blog
I feel the same way, but I have limited the love. What I have done is made it so the first three comments get the love (I value immediate feedback), and then the rest are nofollow to keep my posts PR.

in Web 2.0- Was It Ever Alive? on Chris Brogan
Here is a reason, or maybe a how to tweet. Start searching for people in your local area. Twitter has an advance search that can help you with this. Join them, tweet, and you will be amazed. I made a tweet just today about a cheap gas station from my cell phone. Turned out there was a follow just a block away, and filled up there when he heard how low the price was. Tweet, tweet, tweet.

Cool App. The question is though, will Obama fans use it or just say it's present.

in Still Cant Figure Out Technorati on Chris Brogan
This is something that Technorati will for sure need to straighten out. They should at least just add option to their drop down on the top blogs to sort by rank. I think sort by rank should be default if that is how they represent sites in their profile. Seems kind of like a big oversight for such a popular website.

in Who Killed Conversations? on StayGoLinks
Good to hear. I'm very sick of nofollow. As far as I am concerned, nofollow is a giant carpet Google threw over its mess. When I say mess, I mean PR. They should have never publicly displayed the crutch to their algo.
