McPhaden dba Hairs Angels, $737.64 in unpaid Dept. of Labor and Industries taxes. Filed July 9.&lt;br&gt;This is a false debt. this audit was at a time Hairs Angels was not signed up for Optional owner coverage. L&amp;amp;I broke permanent rule#WSR 03-23-025 &amp;amp; WSR 98-18-042,Stating that the Dept will not make coverage prior to the date of the application which was 7/29/07 yet the dept. of L&amp;amp;I retrod Hairs Angels to 6/01/06. Racketeering . After many court battles the Attorney General Cathy Marshall refused to acknowledge the governing permanent rules she had the appeals case throw because the debt was not paid before court. Hairs Angels Owner Pennie McPhaden is disabled after repeated exposure to chemicals in the work place for which L&amp;amp;I refuses to pay. Hairs Angels actually had to go bankrupt  . This L&amp;amp;I debt was included .There was no $ to hire an attorney to represent Hairs Angels other wise this debt would not exist. A formal complaint has been sent to Governor Christine Gregoire's office and passed on to the director of L&amp;amp;I Judy Schenke on July 14 , 2009. The Dept had 10 days to respond and Hairs Angels Has not received a response as of this date. &lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">penniemcphaden</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 07 Aug 2009 14:32:36 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
