Does signing your name to an e-mail really constitute "caring", especially when it's someone you'll never know, hear from, or even get an update on? It doesn't involve any time or effort. I wonder how many actually just passs the e-mail on and forget about it?

Besides, who says they're all Christians? I didn't notice anything on the e-mail saying Sikhs, Moslems, Hindus and Budhists need not bother!

Anyway, I'm sure most people could actually find deserving causes in their own neighbourhoods to actually devote some real time and effort to, if they were of a mind to. I think forwarding on these e-mails is simply a cheap get out so that they can feel good about themselves without actually doing anything.

Or am I just being cynical?
