If you don't like business move someplace else. Businesses stablize and keep your taxes even. It's simple math, if businesses close the money to run government has to come from someplace and that someplace is YOUR wallet. Be careful your not to abusive to businesses. A computer. a camera, a hi speed internet connection,and an address to host it (town website perhaps) 60K, I don't think so. Start small and make it more elaborate later as/if required. The people of this town need more access to gov't and what they are doing.
