You have a right to your opinion. Have a nice day.

Re: Local letters

I respectfully disagree wholeheartedly with you Mr. Garrison. The community attended, stayed informed and voted for the project. If the latecomers hadn't delayed the project we wouldn't have gotten caught in the middle of the financial debacle and we would be well on our way to a fine addition to our community. No, she was not in the minority.

Re: Local letters

It was the latecomers and the delay that put this project on hold and Louise is well aware of the facts. She's been involved from the onset and unlike those whiners who showed up unhappy after everything was said and done because, "They were not informed" the project got caught up in the financial mess and what we have now will be our landscape for some time. Unfortunately, none of these opinions mean squat at this point. As one woman said at the meeting Wednesday evening, and I paraphrase, "....longtime Kensington residents are polite"....I have to say I miss the old Kensington that was absent of all this acrimony.

Re: Local letters

Right on Louise! Telling it like it is....

Re: Kensington’s “Toxic” Sign Divides Community

Where were all the naysayers when the project was voted on after three years of planning? Shades of Kensington Terrace! You'd think that Dr. Koenig was working so hard for the enormous salary he receives. The community should be thankful for his tireless efforts for a thankless job rather than attacking his character with insulting innuendos. Let common sense prevail for once and get the job done. The community HAS VOTED!!!

Re: http://www3.signonsandiego.com/stories/2009/jun/11/1m11b1xol033733/

Congratulations to El Cajon for their accomplishment.... where as Kensington seems to be bogged down with bureaucratic minutia!!

Re: Camp advice, more available at Web site

The special section on camps in San Diego was inadvertently taken out with the newspapers. Will you please provide me with the necessary info to pull this up. We have a ten year old granddaughter to plan for. Thank you.
