I feel the same way- I usually post links and quotes and things I find on the net into an online journal but tumblr is a much better alternative.

Things sound great for you two, and I think doubts and fears are all natural- anxiety disorder/depression aside. I really do wish you two the best, and I am sorry you're having a rough time right now with all those thoughts.
