To ManoaMakaainana, let's hope KS is not back to Broken Trust days when the Boardroom was about 'Biggest Balls-Money-Power'. If KS has truly returned to parts of this model and culture, the Trust & Legacy will be cut off at the knees thus resulting in Trustees, CEO and top leadership walking away with years of compensation in hand, relationships made while employed at the trust and return to or move on to their next job opportunity or contract.

As a older listener, Kepa is a young and refeshing mix reminding me of the J Taylor and Kenny Rankin's sound and beat. Looks like we got our own Kauai local boy Jack Johnson. Slow by easy, with lyrics we can all relate to as island folks. He's got my vote and support

Yes, this threesome should part - The Kamehameha Schools and DHHL can do housing and a learning center for the West Side a number of different ways - It may be delayed for the re-design but surely the Hawaiian community does not want to hear about what Jeff Stone did for us for generations to follow - E'o !! we are not without struggle or debate amongst ourselves but have managed to accomplish much in the past 20-30 years - This is no different so let's move on

It's beyond agreeing to the original terms and really about all that has happened between DHHL, KS and Stone camps from the start to the current mess. Obviously there have been severe communication problems and change of intent from all those smiling faces in the initial media announcement/release photo and many articles and updates of learning center expectation that followed.

The past 72 hours of comment by Jeff Stone and now KS Kalama is difficult to sort to the truth and fact by the non Hawaiian and Hawaiian community everyday citizen, KS stakeholder and beneficiary

Unfortunately, it is looking like who put fish in whose boat for what reason, agreed to result or pay back. The billboard lights at the start up was Stone wants to kokua Leeward Coast, KS brings the educational and DHHL the housing and shelter component. It sure sounded good at the time.
