The Philippines is where I'm headed, it's still far off though, December 1st to be precise. This will be my very first 'backpacking' experience, so I want to be as prepared as I can be, without going over the top, of course. I have traveled to a ton of places in the past, but I really want to change the way I travel, I want to see the world in a different way now. So I've been researching and reading up on all kinds of blogs (like this one, which is amazing, btw :) and travel sites and I can't wait to get started, to be honest. I think about it everyday and December just can't get here fast enough. Also, I just want to say that I'm in awe of folk(s) like you, who do what you do. You truly do live life and that's what I want. Apologies for the random ADD rant :)

aww, haha, you have been one of favs from the beginning and i love reading your stuff, but i find i'm on tumblr less and less and quite honestly, i think i've grown tired of it. i have 15 odd people i follow, out of which i find maybe 6 interesting. but i dunno if i should delete this thing or just leave it floating in the abyss of the interweb. i will definitely miss reading your posts, you're one smart cookie, that's for sure.

This song was stuck in my head pretty much all of Saturday and I'm pretty sure on occasion I was singing out loud a few times. I think I may have creeped out a few "Johns" sitting around me while riding the subway.

I have MLB TV Premium, but its not the mobile version. I personally love it. The games are in HD and look amazing on my laptop. The only drawback which sucks big time is that I can't watch any Jays games at all because (i live in Toronto) they have some kind of local Blackout, which for the life of me I don't get. I mean, If I'm paying for the damn thing, I should get all the games, right?. But yeah other than that, it's really awesome. But just remember that you cannot watch your home team's game on this service.
