Yep, I get that. Then again, I NEVER use my fingernail on any phone and am not sure why I ever would on a capacitive display. Fingernails were helpful for use on older resistive displays, but why would one need to press a fingernail onto the display of a modern smartphone?

In photos and such it does look too big, but in daily usage I hardly notice it to be honest. It's primarily apparent when reading magazines and with some blown up movie content.

Agreed, it's not going to fit most lifestyles at the moment. However, it's nice to see a company pushing the tech forward so that someday we might have something even greater.

OK, I guess that's technically true. Then again, I also don't run with OnePlus devices since they don't have any IP rating, I don't run with the Note 10+ since it's just too big, and there are other phones I don't run with. So "normal" use isn't really usage while running.

I carry it in my front jeans pocket and in my coat pocket. It's heavy, but fits just fine for me.

To clarify, the three apps can be opened all on separate panels with the additional apps appearing over the top.

Yeah, I thought I might use the outside for maybe 10% of the time and am surprised how often I use it. I seem to be separating phone vs tablet experiences with the two displays and love that the Fold gives me this flexibility.

It also seems to have broken Samsung Pay on my Gear S3 Frontier. Samsung Pay no longer shows up for me in the Galaxy Wearable app when connected to my Gear S3. Anyone else with a Gear S3 having this problem? One step forward and two steps back...

I have a T-Mobile USA Galaxy S9+ and it constantly loses the cellular connection for internet and calls in areas where all of my other Samsung, iPhone, OnePlus, Huawei, etc. phones work just fine. I've used it for nearly two weeks with the same observations and will test once more today before returning it to T-Mobile and waiting for other new phones to launch instead.

Check out Ghostracer for running. The beta even supports Bluetooth heart rate monitors. You can export the data via GPX too.

I know it is only for Windows Phone, but IMHO the best Scrabble-like game is AlphaJax. They have a ranking system, let you know the value of the word as you move tiles around, and have been on the platform for some time.

Good, honest post that I too can relate to. I use Evernote for archiving things I want to save for the long term, but rarely use it for going back into after I get something into it. I have tried in the past to use it for everything, but think there are better tools for specific needs.

I actually find Wunderlist to be fantastic for cross platform task management. My wife and I have a shared Honey Do list where she can add and I can check off when complete. I also use it with another writer on ZDNet so we can see each other's plans for articles and reviews. I know Evernote can be used for task management too, but I find it takes more work to make that happen.

Nokia has been good for me over the years. I would get a Nokia Lumia tattoo on my upper arm or calf (no lower back stamps for me) for a new WP8 Nokia Lumia.

I use a microHDMI cable as well, but one advantage of this wireless solution is that I can sit back on my couch and control the media rather than standing up where the end of the cable is placed. I didn't see that Play To was pre installed :)

The tripod seems like a great idea, but the connection stud on top was too large to mount the PureView attachment part so I couldn't do anything with it :(

I asked Nokia if it was possible to purchase the bag and other accessories, but everything had to be returned for the next reviewer. They could make a few bucks if they would allow reviewers and the public to purchase some of this cool gear, IMHO.

Then again, as you mention in your post I buy everything and am blessed to have a GSM Galaxy Nexus to use on T-Mobile. If I was a "normal" person and had just a single cellular service then I would pick the iPhone 4S as my main phone. The Galaxy Nexus is good, but it's not as good as the iPhone 4S.

I wasn't able to sign into iTunes on my iPad to update apps and rent movies. I changed my password twice before finding there was a possible outage. It just came back on for me and my iPad.

Isn't the reason that it doesn't have BES or BIS email support in the native, on-board client because of the issue of dual PINs on a single account. If you have BES or BIS then isn't it also highly likely you already have a BB smartphone and thus there is no need to have it on the device in stand-alone configuration when you have it through the Bridge. To me, this seems to be the best of both worlds and if this is what we get then my PlayBook will be getting much more useful than it already is.
