i AGREE WITH MR.JACKSONTHOMAS.DC,DC,DC.BUT I THINK THEY COULD PRACTICE OR PLAY IN THE RAIN LIKE THE COLLAGE BANDS do, maybe not practice.lol.I know the USCG is well known for the Atlantic area ,but what about the Pacific area.the USN coming out of me ,I sorry.what do you mean as far as taking a pay cut?i am confused.please help.

Nice video,I wish someone would make more video's of more rate's other than AST,ME(PS)etc..still great rates,but no air time for other rates.the unknown rates.as far as the public is concerned.as a recruiting tool.not that the Coast Guard needs it.please keep up the great work folks.all of you that contribute,deserve a round of applause.

Regarding the Coast Guard Company Commander charged with misconduct.if that's what you call it.should be no surprise to some of us.this even goes on in the recruiting offices.in all branches of the Military. giving that particular branch of service a black eye when made public.but it will be forgotten after awhile.business as usual.most will take heed,but others will take a chance and think with there body parts instead of there brains.

great blog,i agree totally.the chief is a very important part of the rank structure.i was always able to talk to any Chief,when i needed advice or had any problems i could not solve on my own.they always took the time and energy to help,or even guided me to find the answer for myself.

i hate Military service men or woman of the year.only because,being prior military.and my civilian job.we have what is called,best of the best.a annual event that awards a person a award witch they would not of won with out team work.there is no" I " in team work.I don't care if your a 5 star or a E-1.safety is #1,then teamwork!
