I guess I'm a bit resistant to buying a TV Pal, in case it turns out
that I still don't sound like Gus once I have one. It is a serious
temptation though.

How much did you pay, all in? Did you get it shipped from the States?

I knew that the Edinburgh accent was relatively mild compared to my och

Hasin, use Amazon referrer IDs so people can buy gifts directly from the site, and a nice lot of context sensitive ads on the results page and it could be a nice little earner for you. I'll use it.

I don't know. Does anybody use the "dashboard" view in Tumblr? I use Tumblr as a blog tool, and I assume that most readers see the whole blog. With Twitter I assume every reader sees my Tweets mixed in with all their other friends. This feels like a big difference.

Macintosh never did kick MS DOS's ass, and it hasn't yet kicked Windows' ass. It's better than Windows, but that isn't the same thing. I was better than many of the other kids at school. They kicked my ass.

Seems to work best with longer posts but I love the theme so much I'll change my posting style to fit. (Heck, might even change the topic of the blog.)

Have you looked at displaying the post date? I just noticed that it's missing.

Stoyan, thanks for the message. I enjoy writing this stuff so I'm not devastated by the lack of comments. Perhaps it is because my authors are too busy writing chapters to have time to comment on blogs. :D
