How about "loser’s lawyer pays". One step further than "looser pays", a concept that a defendant can sue for and receive damages from having to defend himself or herself in a frivolous law suit.
Loser's Lawyer Pays would stop this foolishness in about a heartbeat.

The Education lobby exists for only one purpose..... Too feed it's own belly. It doesn't care about education or even children. If it did these test scores in other states (especially the inner cities) would never be so low. I came from a state that spends about $15,000 per student per year and those kids can barely read. They absolutely can not make change without a calculator.
I submit that the public education system in this country has failed in it's primary mission and should be scrapped.

Honest answers from an honest man. Scott Munsterman would make a GREAT governor for South Dakota.
By the way... He has written a book on his ideas and plans for South Dakota as governor.
That's what like. Scott tells me what he thinks.... No fast talk, no shuck and jive, no doublespeak.
He seems to be saying "Here is where I stand." and is letting the chips fall where they may.

This is simply another example of a failed forth estate. The news media is "in the tank" for the Obamanation and will do or say nothing to make him look bad.
Add to this our failing public education system that teaches WHAT to think rather than HOW to think and you have what you see here.

This is yet another example of how the government school system has failed our children. More and more I am convinced that the entire public school system should be scraped and replaced by a 100% voucher system.
