One step further than "looser pays", a concept that a defendant can sue for and receive damages from having to defend himself or herself in a frivolous law suit.
Loser's Lawyer Pays would stop this foolishness in about a heartbeat.

Re: ClimateGate: Science Has Gone to Bed With Advocacy

Well said.
I wonder when the perky Katie Couric will talk about this on the CBS Nightly Opinion.
How about a big Dateline expose on NBC (GE)?
I wouldn't hold my breath.

Re: Latest Math Scores Further Expose School Funding Lawsuit Irresponsibility

The Education lobby exists for only one purpose..... Too feed it's own belly. It doesn't care about education or even children. If it did these test scores in other states (especially the inner cities) would never be so low. I came from a state that spends about $15,000 per student per year and those kids can barely read. They absolutely can not make change without a calculator.
I submit that the public education system in this country has failed in it's primary mission and should be scrapped.

Re: Republicans Won’t Get Tea Party Support on Name Alone

I couldn't agree more . In fact I said pretty much the same thing lat April.

http://p3bfco.wordpress.com...

Rick

Re: GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Munsterman on the Issues

Honest answers from an honest man. Scott Munsterman would make a GREAT governor for South Dakota.
By the way... He has written a book on his ideas and plans for South Dakota as governor.
That's what like. Scott tells me what he thinks.... No fast talk, no shuck and jive, no doublespeak.
He seems to be saying "Here is where I stand." and is letting the chips fall where they may.

Re: New Poll Reveals the Answers You’ve Been Looking For

This is simply another example of a failed forth estate. The news media is "in the tank" for the Obamanation and will do or say nothing to make him look bad.
Add to this our failing public education system that teaches WHAT to think rather than HOW to think and you have what you see here.

Re: Census Bureau Severs Ties with ACORN over Prostitution Video

Smoke and mirrors. The fleas will simply change their names and move to a different part of the dog. Same ----- different day.
We will have to watch dog this census every step of the way.

Re: Homeschooling Report Dispels Many Education Myths

This is yet another example of how the government school system has failed our children. More and more I am convinced that the entire public school system should be scraped and replaced by a 100% voucher system.

Re: Justice Dept: ‘This administration does not support DOMA’

Wow!
