He may have a clean record on paper, but who knows how many times he has abused this power given to him by the Dallas police. At one point in the video the officer says "You know I could screw you on this". With him saying that, I am lead to believe that he has screwed people over in the past. For 15 minutes he did nothing but repeat over and over what Mr. Moats did wrong, and what he could do to Mr. Moats. He is young and believes he is above society because he is a police officer. He needs to be brought to reality and be terminated. There are great cops out there and with his actions has hurt them yet again. How can someone PURPOSELY keep an individual from saying goodbye to a dieing loved one???

Re: 105.3 The FAN - Ryan Moats Talks With The FAN

The 25 year old officer clearly loves the control that he has that comes with being an officer of the law.
