Berries and leafy vegetables need checking/cleaning for bugs.
Pots, pans and stoves don't kashering or toiveling if are new and owners are not Jewish.

Other ingredients, besides the base ones, can be not kosher.

Safest bet is Buddhist restaurants as they're not allowed to eat bugs and themselves check everything for bugs. You can ask which oil and anything else they use.

Containers were very cheap, under 15 cents. Don't remember exact price. Bread was leftovers from shabbat. Pasta was on sale for a dollar and I'm getting rid of it before Pesach. Just bought vodka sauce for the rest of the pasta I still have.

Been doing pasta/udon/soba with flounder with sesame seed oil, shoyu and mirin. And deglazing with white wine.

You've got waaaaaay too much time on your hands.
I got a couple family packs of chicken thighs and people had a choice of chicken thighs in BBQ sauce with pasta or with homemade wholewheat raisin nut bread.
Total cost, under $1 per person.
