I believe it's around $10, can't recall as they use that points system.

Apple mail allows for more advanced filters (gmail doesn't have date based filters). I've forwarded my work email to my personal (on gmail) and then set color flags so that I can tell them apart.

Hulu and Netflix will have their apps on the device, not sure about the windows sharing.

Agreed, but Apple has the first mover advantage here, as most networks (ABC, Netflix, etc.) can quickly port their code over from iPad to the iTV.

Take a look at what is happening on the iPad. The networks are offering free apps and then splice ads into the content, I can easily see this holding true on the iTV.

Hulu, Netflix, Boxee don't have the distribution/marketing power that Apple does. At $99 (if that's the final price) it's attractive to a lot more people.

If millions of consumers buy an iTV, subscribe directly to their favorite networks/shows, and cancel their cable TV, how does this change nothing?

The above point aside, TV and the internet sharing data (ie. the ability for live video to query and display customized data that pertains to you) doesn't exist today, I wouldn't underestimate what that might look/feel like. It could be pretty compelling/fun.

I understand you're unhappy w/some of the features/functionality. It's our job to try new things, analyze the usage data, iterate, and evolve. While not everyone is happy w/the new design, as of right now the usage looks extremely good (ie. more people digg, consuming, clicking, friending, etc.). Our top priority is to stabilize the site, then we'll look at the data/feedback and make decisions on what to change going forward. All this takes time.
