The point of charging by pound is that supposedly it costs more to move heavier people, it is not about "punishining" the fat (why would you even think that fat people deserve to be punished?), the same exact amount of fuel is spent when moving 200 pounds of fat, 200 pounds of muscle or 200 pounds of luggage.

I came to late to this party, and this is not really about Lena Dunham... In Mexico Columbus day is called "Día de la raza", literally "day of the race" and by race they mean "mestizo", the day some people (I am guessing school chilndren only) celebrate the cultural mix of the spaniards (who were, and still are, ethnically diverse) with the native americans (who were, and still are, ethnically diverse)... Do you think that's any better than calling it Coumbus Day?

It is exactly that, in spanish we have "ojalá" which is a mispronunciation of the original word in arabic, it also has no religious connotations, it's something more like "hopefully", it's a pretty useful word... Ojalá no llueva = Hopefully it will no rain...

de acuerdo! faltan casillas, la sección 1000 del distrido 16 de veracruz tenía tres casillas una básica, una contigua y una especia (en la que yo vote), tengo fotos de las sábanas de las tres.

I am kinda offended by the condescending tone, I actually learned nothing new in this article and the whole time I was feelling this woman thinks non jews are some sort of prudish imbeciles and she has to explain (or not explain "all you need to know...") everything to us in the most basic way....
