We've heard many stories where people washed their phones and fixed them partially (like yourself.) Then after a few days, they mysteriously start working perfectly again. Even small traces of water can definitely cause permanent damage to electronics. Try waiting another few days and see what happens. Maybe try resetting it to factory defaults.
