Each connection requires further and further upload speed, plus the host computer itself needs to manage every player and every interaction and every item as well as the own players computer. What do you get? 60 - 140 fps? Just running your own connection. And much of that is run serverside anyway. Now imagine adding 99 on top of that, and running it all locally. Good luck mate.
