First, I must be outdoors. I ride my bike to a park and bring a book, a pen/paper, and cigarettes.

I'll ride maybe a few miles and sit somewhere natural. (no houses, roads, cars, people in sight) Light up a smoke, and just think. A lot of ideas come to me when enjoying a smoke. Late at night is another good time for smoking/creativity.

If I feel my mind being blank and/or scattered I read. I usually get inspired by my book.

Surprisingly I discourage music when I try to become inspired. I feel the wind, trees, birds, other corny hippie shit inspires me most.
