What will you do in Tokyo if you win?

Sleep...jetlag, then get up experience the crazy nightlife, take a photograph every 5 minutes, eat,drink,shop, get some tips from the locals on street fashion to bring home, eat, shop,drink,nap,sight see, get on a train, see something swesome, try to learn at least 5 sayings in local dialect, eat, club,drink,dance,more photodump,powernap,walk,buy a stranger a flower,tweet,breakfast,more sight seeing,local afternoon lunch,sketch, jornal,laugh,ask a local to take my bf and i's picture,more laughing,pinch myself because I really am in tokyo,photobooth,buy 7 kimonos,another nap,eat something I've never had,odd yet funny experience...all of this in 5 days,maybe 1 if i'm lucky.

it's never a mistake to tell someone how you feel. i know how t can hurt,but, holding onto is much much worse.

Prime ex...Ryan Adams. I think it was a really horrible thing that went down,but, I also feel that people knew that by saying the things they did that it'd make him and those have a reaction to it. People like the idea that they can put a strain on something like friendship, or change the way others see someone in that position.

It can also boil down to simple intimidation for a fan. The I knew them be fore they got big mentality. That can WITHOUT A DOUBT change things for a band, when those fans suddenly abandon them because their song is on a commercial(which we know is easier than radio...HELLO!!!), or a soundtrack. They don't see that this small thing can open up a door for a band.

The entitlement comes from fans now being able to have that instant gratification all of the time. Who you're dating, and what bass you use are just as important to people now. Alot of artists have started to use blog,and various sites to get some control ove how that present themselves,but, no matter what there will always be this hunger to know more. folks feel asthough..since he's putting it out there, i have the right to judge. I've always felt that people need to respect the fact that this band/person has decided to share whatever it is. so, while it can build a bridge, fans can also make you QUICKLY want to burn it down just as fast.

most of them are reblogs since i'm without a computer as of now, but you're welcome to creep! steel train are easily one of my fave bands. i've seen then well over 20 times, they're great guys. they're actually in cs now finishing up their album. then jack is touring with fun on the hellogoodbye tour and then hopefully they'll do their thing!
i got to do some street team work for them, and i think the site may be doing something special for their next release. if you haven't seen them live...you MUST only because their albums do them no justice.

i know what you mean. i haven't written a review in FAR too long, like i'm mad at myself because i just haven't felt it. and i feel like i'm letting it go by and i shouldn't this is a GREAT gig and i just don't want to just let it pass by. i'm good but i want to be great! you can't force it, i've found that's the worse thing to do.

you may like:steel train, balance problems, innerpartysystem,nrad walsh....you can pretty much go through the archive on my tumblr on the right and find something you'll like i'm sure!
