Soooo.....Now that the State has proven that there never was a Zanny-the-Imagi-Nanny bottom-feeder Baden is back to acknowleedge this as fact....
Wonder why they used Baden to admit this..... After all, i remember when Mrs Baden was stating that "Casey is the Modern Day Fugitive" and that the statements against Roy Kronk by the liar Jill Kerley were "deathbed" statements....
Go ahead, Linda Kenney Baden....tell some more.... it is not like you have a reputation for honesty to maintain....

The interns that flocked to Casey side are there for a reason. The Duhfense is desperate to paint Casey as anything except the murderer that she is. Casey having not a single friend with a vested interest in her being acquitted speaks volumes about her character so the Duhfense brings in some girls for Casey to interact with.

Too bad that all of the giggling and smiling came across as anything but appropriate for an accused Mom in a hearing for her murdered Daughter.... a very important hearing that further solidified the State's case for Murder1.
I sure hope that Baez did not spend any of that $200,000 on whoever is advising him on trying to make Casey more likeable.... if he did he should get a refund.

Yeah.... i noticed that when questiponed before Baez about the letters and comments from the "jailhouse friends" of Casey that Baez referred to them as "snitches" but now "his" witness is deserving of credibilty.... LMAO.

This case is a slam-dunk for the State...... and has been since day 31.

I agree raysue1.....
Baez has only been a legend in his own mind... he prolly thinks that people view him as a rising star Defense attorney but in reality I would question whether anyone would hire him to fight a mere traffic ticket after jis many missteps and bungles that we have seen.

I see a lot of people saying that Cindy believes that Caylee is still alive as some form of Denial but the reality is that Cindy does not believe that Caylee is alive.... Cindy is worried about being charged with fraud when this case is over for her many "tips" and "sightings" she generated..... and the fact that started a fraudulent foundation based on something that she knew that Caylee never was and that was "missing"... jmho.

Maybe there is more to the letters that were released than the public knows about...hmmm.

It seems as Baez is constantly chasing his own tail, trying to put out such small fires while ignoring the overwhelming evidence amassed against Casey...
It's like closing the barn door 2 days after the horse got out...

Is Baez really as dumb as he comes across in all of his interviews and courtroom procedures??

I have to say that Linda Drane-Burdick absolutely rocked in court yesterday! She has a full understanding of this case and all of the LIARS involved. LDB walked Cindy right into the answers that she needed to win the State's motion.

I hope that someone from the State Attorney's office bought her dinner last night.

While Baez was once again reduced to asking questions that revealed a clear stategy to elicit mis-truths and half-truths from Cindy. So obvious that Baez wants to be in the lime-light but his performance just aint worthy.

Beaz is as much to blame as Casey for the delay in Justice for Caylee. Everytime he is in the court room or in front of a camera he acts as if he thinks he is putting on an academy award winning performance, when in reality his uh, uh ,uh and promises of the TRUTH coming out at trial is just more BS.

Baez has known the TRUTH all along but instead of properly advising Casey that the evidence is overwhelming, he has used this case and Casey's ridiculous story to put $200,000 in his pocket.
Baez was smart enough to know that selling his client's victim's photos should never be public knowledge and he tried so hard to hide it. Baez ran to Baden and Lyon because they had books coming out to try and bolster his credibilty.... but they looked at the evidence and ran away.... and the case had the opposite effect on their book sales than they anticipated as NOBODY wanted to fund these liars.

Baez has taken a very simple case and tried to make it a mystery so he could make money off of it.
I think that after this case there should be a law passed that prevents anyone accused of murder or anyone associated with defending an accused murderer from profiting from their victim.

It could be called Caylee's Law or Baez the bottom-feeder prevention law.

Casey reacting to a yet-to-be-identified body on 11 December 2008... before Dr.G identified the remains as Caylee on 19 December 2008 = NO DEFENSE

Casey texting about the smell of Decomposition in her car prior to dumping it at Amscot = NO DEFENSE

Formerly reputable Lawyers leaving the Duhfense team like rats jumping from a sinking ship = NO DEFENSE

Cheney Mason acting like a deer caught in the headlights to a very good reporter's question and responding " I am gonna tell your boss on you" (LMAO) = NO DEFENSE

All of the experts in the world will not be able to detract from the mountain of evidence against Casey because she is guilty of killing Caylee, placing her dead body in the trunk of her Pontiac and then triple bagging her and dumping her precious little body just 19 houses down the road...

But the Duhfense has ~SECRETS~ for answers to all of the above... while everyone that has followed this case knows that when any doofus on the Duhfense says it is a ~SECRET~ they are usually just side-stepping questions because there is...

NO DEFENSE

This motion by the State is a response to the motion factory of the DePaul law students… rather than trying this case in court as the Duhfense is continually stating that they are anxious to do, they are trying to drag this out and clog up the court with as many motions as the DePaul motion factory can churn out…. even if they have no legal merit….

As Judge Perry clearly stated in his last Denial “no legal merit”… while he pointed out that the case reference that Mason introduced to support the motion to seal Casey’s visitor log was clearly distinguishable from their argument b/c it was argued to allow information rather than hide it.

The Doofuses on the Duhfense want to try to hide the fact that they have no Defense… as if we ain’t figured that out already…

It is actually embarrassing for Lyon and her students to be so unfamiliar with something as basic as 'Legal Merit'.....

Casey Anthony nor her Defense team is allowed to have any of the Grand Jury testimony. Nothing to do with her Constitutional rights.....

All the Defense has to do is ask George what he said...

The Prosecutors can use the GJ testimony to impeach a witness, if they try to lie later on... which is exactly what it sounds like George did....

That is what I would consider deplorable... wouldn't you??

Oh, Poor, Poor Casey... this fall is nothing compared to what May 2011 will bring.

Baez wants all of the tips that the Sheriiff's Department gathered as they are so, so important to Casey's defense now but he refused to pick them up in October 2008 while they were searching for a "Live Caylee" as he ran around stating to every camera that he could get in front of..... wonder how he knew he did not need these tips back then??

I can see where his priorities were and can surmise that it was not in picking up these tips in any efforts to locate a "Live Caylee". So transparent!

Better get that mitigation specialist to work..... she is gonna be very important in the penalty phase......

Lyon seached High and Low to see what kind of "expert" witness would crawl out from under a rock to help with Casey's defense and this Rapaport was the best that she could come up with???

Ashton took all of 3 minutes to discredit her testimony..... wonder if she has a book coming out??

Next "expert" to slither in is Dr. Henry Lee.... the paid liar that was found to be concealing evidence from the Phil Specter crime scene.. Judge in that case ruled he was a liar..... and do not forget the "Staircase Murder" trial of Michael Peterson where Dr. Lee testified by spitting Ketchup in front of the jury.... the jury soundly dismissed the testimony of Dr. lee and convicted Michael Peterson.....

"Credibilty and the Duhfense are rapidly becoming strangers" and anyone that has watched this case realizes it.... and it is ther own fault..... quit trying to blame the media for your lack of credibilty.....

The very basis for Casey being arrested and charged came right out of Casey Anthony's own mouth and the doofuses on the Duhfense know that alone will convict her....

Casey said that she called the Imagi-Nanny over and over on when she could not find the Imagi-Nanny so LE said okay where is the phone that you called from? Casey then took LE to Universal to retrieve her Blackjack phone that was on her desk at work that had proof of those repeated calls to the Imagi-Nanny in her search for Caylee.....

Only one problem with that story..... Casey stopped in the hallway and admitted that there was no desk or phone to retrieve because she did not work there..... so there was no repeated calls to the Imagi-Nanny at all....... and then no more "assistance" from Casey to find Caylee... only more lies and a half-wit Lawyer that thought he could sell the victims photos and become rich and nationally known....

There is no Defense for Casey and no evidence that will exonerate her beacuse she killed Caylee....... this case has been a slamdunk for the State since day 31....

Has anyone read Judge Strickland's response to the Duhfense's motion to Recuse?

If not, you really should..... it is so professionally and eloquently written that people are not even talking about it but it is a hilarious smackdown to the Duhfense...

Judge Strickland sees the Duhfense for exactly what they are.....

Judge Strickland basically called them out as the media grubbing no defense having group that has filed a litany of clog up the court motions that required little judicial study to rule on…..LMAO.
I laughed so hard at the Judge's response and at the end of it found myself standing up and applauding the good Judge for telling it like it is....

The footnotes on the bottom of page 2 was particularly revealing and is indicative of exactly how the public perceives the latest media hound to join the Duhfense... in response to Mason asking the Judge to trust him and saying the paid liar/"expert" Henry Lee would work for a box of oranges...

Let me see if I can wrap my mind around this.....

Casey murders Caylee, parties like a rock star, never reports her missing and avoids the people that would want to know where Caylee is, tells outrageous lies about Caylee being kidnapped when finally forced to explain Caylee's whereabouts and is arrested and charged.

Baez, with full knowledge that Casey has no money, no job, no assets other than her victim's pictures for income, agrees to represent Casey.... Baez brokers backroom deals for his client's victim's pictures, pockets the money, then blames the State for seeking the DP for the murderer and claims her indigent because the market for pictures of his client's victim has dried up and now wants the people of Florida to pay her legal bills....

Sounds like a win/win situation for Baez...... unless the Judge rules that Baez had full knowledge of his client's financial status before he agreed to represent her....

I find it amazingly stupendous that these Lawyers think for one second that anyone with an ounce of common sense would even entertain the thought that Kronk did this, yet they not only want to include him in the suspect pool... they even have the audacity to try to bolster their claims within their motion with a statement from an ex-wife... It would be laughable if it were not so pathetically and so obviously desperation to defend the indefensible ...
The truth will come out and the truth will convict Casey of murder1....

4 lawyers, at least 12 DePaul law students and one hired gun Dr. Henry Lee and this is the best that they have come up with??

That Casey kool-aide must be some potent stuff.
