Reason? It helps me not be convinced the article is about a photoshop memory leak which could affect my day. Rather something I could forward to my wife (who would love it) and not how this ended up as a "hardy har har" moment.

oh don't get me wrong, I adore zencoder and cloud based services for sure. For this project they needed it to be on the server (still never got a straight reason why). It was that faststart piece at the end that had me pulling out the little hair I have left.

amazon offers fantastic services, but the last time I had a questions about S3, EC2, AMI's etc, I realized I was absolutely alone in my search and hunt to find an answer. you guys make great products and actually answer emails, that's worth being proud of. ..it's just a flesh wound. ;)
