about a medium, but it fits really loosely so size shouldn't matter too much.

you might try it! i've always done the same thing -- avoided sweaters, but this yarn is pretty thick, and i knit this up quicker than i did either of my last two scarves. plus the other thing i hate about sweaters is the seaming and other post-knitting work, but with this one, there's no seaming at all at the end.

thank you! and yes...i've already got some neon plans in the works!

and, i really do love these jeans. they are definitely my most striking pair of jeans. and i realized that with this sweater, it's covering up the best part - the really high-waisted-ness of these things! with the high-waist and super long length, they make your legs look a million miles long.

it's like you read my mind! i've already been plotting more colors....it was so quick and so gratifying to not have to seam anything. AND, i'm looking forward to seeing those curled-in sleeves blocked too! they are actually little cap sleeves, once they come out of their shell.

oh we had safety cables! i wouldn't have been up there otherwise. you even have a separate cable on when you're just climbing the ladder. then you have a guy on the ground holding your cables while you swing...and when you let go he sort of eases your fall into the net.

it was for my friend's bachelorette party. i've wanted to try it out for a while, but this was a great excuse. it was actually surprisingly easier to do (physically) than i thought it would be. they call out to you when you're supposed to do everything to best use the swinging momentum to help do the tricks. it all sort of just naturally happens.

oh my gosh, a zipline seems even more terrifying! trapeze is not nearly as high. it's probably easier to do than you think.

what great layering...that's so funny and something I would totally do. on a camping trip my friends laughed at me for my leather knee boots that were the closest thing i could find to hiking boots. and love your burgundy tights paired with the socks!

it is SO FUN. i think i might be capable of forming an addiction to it. we should do this when you visit NYC! or I think there's a place in SF too. I know the same school has a location in LA as well.....

ah! what a lovely coat/blazer. it's amazing. i'm a blazer addict myself and have one for every day. sadly, NYC is not a very blazer weather-friendly city though. our in-between months last for like 2 weeks. it's either super hot or cold.
