Its so huge for girls to just hear a bit of whats going on inside guys' heads, because girls often analyse whats happening in there and can verbalise what they're feeling and why (i never said ALWAYS for a reason, rationality isn't often at the top.. as we all know) but the point is, some guys analyse, but just can't transform that into words, which isn't bad, but leaves us in the dark so often!!! I would so prefer "i don't like you" to silence, because the silence implies a lack of caring- which obviously isn't always the case.</p><p>But the point is, men will always be men, and women will always be women, and the sooner we deal with the fact that putting yourself out there for someone else, even in simple friendships, puts you in a vulnerable position. And at the end of the day, hurt is inevitable.
