I made the book only for myself and will not redistribute, publish or print the book for free distribution or for sale without your permission. I credited you in print and on the web.

It started as a project I was doing for a typography class and it grew into something more. I'm hoping you don't mind and I hope you think it's kind of cool!

ninamehta.com/loves/berlint...

Re: Carter's Blog - Planet Twilion

Welcome to the team, Carter! I'm not sure I can commit to a whole weekend of CHI paper discussions but I'm a lot more open to attending some bayCHI talks once and a while. I realized I'll probably miss the high level stuff when I'm working full time.

Re: “If you’re going to San Francisco…”

Chris, so sorry I missed you in SF!

Re: “If you’re going to San Francisco…”

Chris! Much of it seems to read very much like print and I'm not sure if it has to but it seems that is Bonnier's goal. It does manage to capture many of the elements of print design that and readability on't easily translate to web.

I still frequently struggle with the concept of people bringing yet another device into their lives. I can easily leave a print magazine on my kitchen table and not be too worried of a glass of milk is knocked over and spills onto the pages. The same is not true for this kind of device. It has to be protected and cared for.

Though, if magazines will be digital like this, which I think they inevitably will be, I'd expect more motion (video) and interactivity.

Thanks for posting this!

Re: JACKintheblog

I was an owl for halloween, I had wings like these

Re: JACKintheblog | Do apartment numbers come with letters in real...

Like Apartment 7B?
